Emotional stability is a precious gem. Once found, you’ll want to hold on to it forever. It’s not rare but it’s hard to find. 


The highs and the lows. The rain and the storms. 


But something about a sober mind that makes it a challenge. Despite the challenge whatever goes wrong during the day (this is the biggest victory of them all). A sober mind.

The need and desire to learn and be better. Not to flex or money even, but truly for the sake of being part of those who seek enlightenment. 

Being part of those people who don’t settle for Netflix and chill all day. For those who realize that getting sweaty and dirty is fun! It’s a thrill. It’s a life worth living everyday ✨💖 with every breath we take.

We can blame the rain. It simply happens the way it needs to happen. Well, the class I planned to teach was not able to meet due to several situations.

Honestly I wanted to cry. Then of course, I understood. This is where growth happens. Things happen how they do, grow from it. Find peace with it. And in the process another can utilize your expertise.

Got to bake muffins for the first time today. They’re protein muffins. They’re not so much on the sweet side since I used honey. But they where yummy after all 🤤🥰😎

Eat like you give a fuck. If you choose to wonder off forgive yourself and carry on. My stomach and head hurt so much after eating this. It’s okay to wonder off. Listening 👂🏼

Nike has a training course called Athletes mindset. Whether you’re goal is to be a top athlete , loose weight or simply be a better human it’s wonderful to take part in it. 

We are on week 3 and ever since we started they constantly talk about the WHY. Why do you want to be fit? Why do you want to be healthy? 

But don’t think they hammer the subject. They bring it up in such a way you can barely tell (if even tell at all). 

That’s the concept behind YWeFit. To constantly have the reason of being healthy on the top of your mind.  It’s easy to forget even if you write it down! 😅

What I’ve found useful is to adjust the why according to the times. Some times it’s to be in harmony with my mind. Other times it’s to conquer my inner bia 🙂 other times is to set an example to my family. Other times it’s just to move🙏🏼 

Of course your why should be constant. Constant to where the days you feel like giving up you show up anyway because you know there’s a reason , a why.  Once you’re done, your why will be clear.

•Joy •Endorphins •Stay playful

•Feel part of something

•To look better Naked! 

The why’s are endless. Which one is yours?

It’s been said to not just write when you’re inspired. But these are not off of inspiration. These are thoughts that come to mind while I sleep. Making them the first though of day. 

Today that’s, “ Peach 🍑 your own Connor, or die”. 

You know? For the longest I’ve felt I have nothing interesting to say. But another part of me keeps on saying

Share it anyway”.

For what good is knowledge if it’s not shared? (I’m sure I’ve read that in one of the books). 

So let me break it down a bit. 

Peach: happiness, honor, longevity, riches, life,immortality, unity ,VICTORY AND coming peace after A WON BATTLE

Own: (business)

Connor: human name meaning “Lover of Wolfe’s”. Or “Lover of hounds”. Strong willed. Wise. High desire

Here ,we literally learned together because other than peaches being known in the urban dictionary for butt I had no idea the significance of peaches and the name Connor.

Now, what can I conclude with this? 

Honor your own high desire or die. 

Of course Peach your own Connor sounds crazy! Only after much thought and research does it make sense to the stable mind. Finally able to process 1st Thought of Day.

Law vs. Alignment

Law: it doesn’t matter how it looks. It doesn’t matter how it feels. It must always be followed. It must always be respected. It leaves us confused. It’s always for the greater good.

Alignment: it starts for the good of the self. Which later transfers to those around us. It prevents injuries and builds strength. It sharpens the focus. 


The law says at 18 you’re grown. You green for yourself and ready for the world. 


Alignment says “It happens when you’re ready”. 


When you’re in alignment, the law just follows. 


Alignment breeds with awareness and acceptance. Which makes the law an ally. It could even make it a friend! 


The law says “It can’t be done”. Alignment says “When there’s a will there’s a way”.

I’d like to thank Skyline CrossFit for allowing me to take part in their 10yrs anniversary. An honor to have been part of their event. 

Their story is all about perseverance. The quickness in the ability to rise and boss up no matter the circumstances.

Know your worth. How do you determine your worth? Depends on the amount of time you spend seeking to learn. The time that you use bettering your thoughts, your emotions. The amount of spirituality you’ve accepted throughout time. The amount of time you spend on lotions, food, clothes. These determine our worth. Not because these thing make us top notch. But because these are the things we give ourselves to become better humans.

Reading is a way of nurturing your mind. Educating it for whatever is coming next. It could be a way to strengthening it too. It’s a way or realizing what is useful and what could be dismissed.
Reading is fun! Because even if it’s done just for completion one or two things will stick with you.

Judgement

When I first saw this clip I did not approve of it. I woke up grumpy and honestly being so judgmental about myself. I looked at my legs ugh! I looked at this and that and … now? I looked at it again with more awareness, love and acceptance. The shift has been lovely , for now I am able to share this even with no filter. How dare we continue to treat ourselves this way? More love, more acceptance.

Truth is only God knows the thoughts that you think and the reason for the actions you take part in. Some people can guess others can assume. Others may be real close on figuring it out. But nobody other than God truly knows.

One of the coolest things I’ve ever heard from one of the champs I’ve come across was “Just do whatever you want.” I know, it sounds really basic ,real plain. And when I first heard it I was like “Nooooo way!” Lil 24yr old me! She was 29 at that time.

Several years later, I understand. So, to the concept of “Do whatever you want” I want to add some: If you want to slack off then go a head! If you want to win, win! If you want to feel sorry for yourself then be front row! If you want to rise up, achieve, overcome then DO THAT!

If today you don’t feel as strong as the other days be honest with yourself and work with the honesty you are giving yourself. But don’t you fkn dare confuse another humans thoughts and fears and feelings and struggles with your own if you’re already committed to giving up on yourself. Don’t you fkn dare!

Human you are loved regardless. But let’s get our minds right. Please, in the name of health, sanity and loyalty let’s be better🙏🏼

Now, that’s more like it 🙏🏼✅❣️ Back in 2017 I did NOT complete the workout! This time not only did I finish but it felt great to have finished at a decent time. So much work to still do but thank God I’m able to see progress . Every day we chip at it. Eventually it will click and you will find the light or at least that “aha!” Moment.
I wish you that light! That moment. Let’s continue to get at it and remember “No bad days can break us”.
