Why Reebok?

For my birthday I treated myself to a pair of training shoes. Beautiful all white pair of Nano X. I Got a size 7.5 but since I have a foot condition that one foot is bigger than the other, shoes don’t always fit me as I wish they did. Usually I do get away with buying 7.5 even though one foot suffers the consequences. Eventually the pain goes away.

However, the pain seemed to worsen and I could not believe how painful it was getting. I reached out to Reebok to see if I could maybe get a size bigger on one shoe and return the other.

Long story short. They responded to my email very quickly and they where kind to inform me that they could not do such a thing.

To be honest, I have never heard of any brand be able to do that but I thought I try. Even though they said they could not do that for me they suggested for me to keep the shoe and gifted me a card with the amount of money I spent on the shoe.
