Here at YWEFIT we enjoy designing chic, comfy, and playful merchandise. Everything is designed with you in mind. Whether we met in the Insight Timer app or you just happen to come across us we are glad you are here.

As every person, every design has a story. Our hope is that you feel empowered, comfy and cozy in yoga and your fitness journey.

A reminder for you to stay present and playful. We have seen the benefits of healing and keeping our inner child, still and curious. So we share how, through our yoga programs and merchandise.

Every purchase you make helps us donate to causes dear to our hearts like: Best friends Animal society, Local Firefighters, Breast Cancer awareness foundations, and the Houston Food Bank. You also help make yoga free and accessible to those with difficulties. All with a greater purpose.
