Family problems I wish I could share. To the point this thought came to mind “Don’t worry about where it will come from. God has your back as long as you keep on doing the right thing for the right reasons everything will be great”.

The right reasons? To believe. For love. To conquer and achieve. Overcome and spread love from the tree which roots you carry everywhere you go.

Truth is, there’s some shame behind me leaving my health and fitness to the side. But I remind myself: it’s not about perfection. It’s always about progress. It’s about the ability to be human, feel, fall and get ya ahhhh up back to it 💪🏼

Chaos

Gossip creates chaos. When our words are poison we infect FIRST, ourselves. Let’s continue to choose happy! Choose peace. Choose love.

Not because it’s easy but because the reward adds to our wealth and health.

Wealthy

I had a dream last night that the end of the world was here. Jobs took finger prints of their employees making their fingers grow longer and longer. Like claws. Their hands where all bloody because of the abnormal growth. Their bosses would get angry at them for not working fast enough or getting blood on things. The employees argued “LOOK WHAT YOU GUYS ARE DOING TO US”.

People where parting ways to feen for themselves. And the wealthy all rode mini vans! The wealthy went looking around for family members lost in drugs or that had ran away.

Animals where killed in the sense that cats and dogs where not allowed as pets because they took space, food and water that the humans needed. So whenever officials found these animals, their heads where cut off.

IT FELT LIKE A MOVIE!!! When I told Joe about it I started to cry. It was so sad to see people parting ways. They thought they had more chances of survival. But the wealthy figured it out! The only way to survive was to care for one another. The more people thought they where better off alone. The faster they died!

One morning I woke up with this thought in mind:

Without a world cure, there is no health and there are no privileges. 

Didn’t quite understand, now it makes sense. When it comes to hate this concept applies perfectly 🙏🏼👌🏼

Maybe it will take an experience for one to understand. Moral of the story: Choose love ♥️✨

This morning I woke up with the thought:

As the day unfolded I assured myself that “ No expectations” doesn’t mean leaving excellence or standards alone. It simply means, being present without the need to control every little detail.
