Simple
For about two years I went without taking any preworkout of any kind. Then I tried here and there but honestly none hit the spot like this right here. This is not an ad. I donβt get paid for sharing my wonderful experience about this. The flavor and the kick that it gives me it definitely gives me something to look forward to specially on the days my determination and discipline are put to the test(If you know what I mean). Ps: I got both of these for $40 since I had 780 unclaimed point at GNC. It really paid off to ask βHey so do yβall have any coupons back there?β

Detox
I haaaave to tell you about my first day of social media detox.
First, waking up in the morning it was soooo weird! Ok baby says good morning , kisses me good bye, calls me while heβs setting up. Still that empty feeling of something is missing. That habit of checking up on the world or simply letting it be known Iβm alive and well.
But now itβs 5:30pm and another day of getting things done was a success ππΌ
How is it that working for someone else I am able to manage my time just fine. But when it comes to working for myself I tend to lose my senses! Why?
Day one of social media detox taught me that Iβm too pressed about what everybody else is doing. Itβs important I recognize and change my behavior towards my core values.
Social media detox will be interesting too having Joe come home seeing him on his and me just stare into space. But really Iβll be analyzing and working on things sooo here it goes yβall π€ͺβ₯οΈππΌπ₯°ππ‘
Changes
We are responsible for making the changes needed to reach heights weβve never been to.
Are we striving or settling for what we are familiar to?
Do we dare to get curious enough to actually achieve?
Are we admiring and applauding others success more than applying ourselves to the work we need to get done?
Curious AF
No need to flex or show off. The work needs to get done. Nobody is going to get the chair for you or the ladder. Sometimes you gotta get it yourself and other times you gotta build it on your own. Either way, stay alive and positive that all the moves you are making are making you stronger. That every step you take leads to the next for more stability, confidence and love β€οΈ

Places we have been and yet to be.
When I heard my Bali teacher Louisa say her favorite place is βHereβ it opened a different side to how and where I see myself in 5 years.
In all honesty I donβt know if ill be married or not. Kids all that sounds cool.
But I know this:
I worked for LA fitness about 5 years ago. The things I learned there have helped me so much all these years! From reaching out to clients to giving them their space. That persistence, pays off along with hard work.
The easiest way to get it done? IS the right way! Whatβs the right way? Your own morals and believes. Having a stand.
The one thing I owe to myself is to be absolutely present. There will be noise. There will be climate change. There will be water and waves. But after all that? There will be love and light and accomplishments and health and wealth and victory and acceptance.
Itβs starts today:
Being here. Sure, with a list of get it done. Still focused and centered to the one in front of me. This, here.

Last night I had a dream that I was in the sauna talking to someone about how I wished I would have completed my massage therapy license. I said β I wish I would have finished massage therapy because i am able to charge more for each client.. then i stopped and said oh no because I get to see more people all at once!
Itβs not about the money! Itβs about the impact I am able to make to the most people. Where being of service and being present pays off in the long run even if we cant see it at the moment.
Slow progress is better than being stagnant. The only way to speed it up?
Be here, now.
Just like that, its done and youβre on to the next thing.

Coin
Two sides to a coin. To every dark thought letβs have a positive one.
This is not to say that we need a dark thought to think with a positive mind.
This is to say, we should stay aware and check our thoughts before they demolish us.
Fitness , health, life Iβm not sure come with a destination. Certain task require speed. Others have deadlines but the bigger picture?
Thereβs always work to get done.
Today I am thankful for each and every person I have came across with. Everybody has been amazing, kind, hard working. If they didnβt have these qualities they helped me to open my heart and see with different eyes. Everybody has gifted me a special lesson.
Some more than others.
Fears ,resentment ,anger:
My insecurities where rooted from the awareness of knowing how much healing I had yet to get done.
Just recently I realized that awareness is not there to dim your light but rather to show you a new method , a new recipe and a new move.
Itβs so easy to clutter our minds with darkness that we can just as easy forget how amazing we truly are.
Not in comparison with another but by simply overcoming these fears and insecurities.
Letβs embrace our awesome π

Triumph
If there is something just one thing:
CrossFit has taught that no matter how long it takes even if its slow, even when youβre sad and angry, confused and demanding too much of yourself perseverance WINS!
Look, keep track of your scores because it matters. How did you feel? How do you want to feel? What approach are you taking for the day?
The battles to win with the self ,against the self, for the self, with a positive mindset sets you up for GLORIA (Thatβs Spanish for Triumph).
All sports demand all of you.
Relationships, either with a significant other or a customer require all of you. All that you have at that moment.
Be aware that some days we get near empty on the tank and thatβs a perfect moment to be kind to ourselves . Take it slow, still get it done.
Those days when putting your shoes on is the most challenging part remember thats yourself convincing yourself that youβre not enough for the day. Anything that you bring even on empty is enough! Always.
You wont always run on full and you wont always run on empty.
Letβs take this time to ride it out with whatever we have in the tank.
(Please know it has been more than this but for the purpose of this blog, this).

The struggle is real.

For every dark day we encounter we will find twice as many days filled with love and joy.
Those days we wonder if we are good enough . Those days that have us questioning why we are even alive still. We will get though and through.
We are so worth love! We are so worth loving ourselves with the same love we give to animals and loved ones.
You are amazing! Something about you nobody else has. Air! Feel your belly fill up with hair. Feel it, thatβs all you!

Seriously? This hits a nerve. Thatβs mean! First of all the only person you should compete with is yourself. The person trying to convince you that itβs too hard or tough for you to handle.
Respect for the walkers. Everybody has to start somewhere. Eventually it will be a breeze and soon youβll have another goal to conquer.
