If there is something just one thing:

CrossFit has taught that no matter how long it takes even if its slow, even when you’re sad and angry, confused and demanding too much of yourself perseverance WINS!

Look, keep track of your scores because it matters. How did you feel? How do you want to feel? What approach are you taking for the day?

The battles to win with the self ,against the self, for the self, with a positive mindset sets you up for GLORIA (That’s Spanish for Triumph).

All sports demand all of you. 

Relationships, either with a significant other or a customer require all of you. All that you have at that moment.

Be aware that some days we get near empty on the tank and that’s a perfect moment to be kind to ourselves . Take it slow, still get it done.

Those days when putting your shoes on is the most challenging part remember thats yourself convincing yourself that you’re not enough for the day. Anything that you bring even on empty is enough! Always. 

You wont always run on full and you wont always run on empty.

Let’s take this time to ride it out with whatever we have in the tank.
