CrossFit

It changed my life. Once you consistently target your health you won’t be able to allow yourself to get off track for too long.

Look πŸ‘€ when Glassman made that tweet and those remarks I literally panicked! I saw how gyms where real quick to change their name and affiliation.
I felt proud they where standing for the greater good. But in my mind I was worried and sad and felt lost!

I wondered what the heck is going to happen now? I’m all about peace and unity but what about my goals? What about the substance that keeps me sane and sober (for the most part) what about…then I remembered.

Sometimes you have to separate the art from the artist. An example of this is Brikram yoga. So in my heart I decided I would stick to CrossFit until it all shattered to pieces(if it ever did).

I noticed my CrossFit home did not make any irrational decisions or rude remarks. Thank God the CEO resigned and now he’s no longer a part!

My mind and body are now once again at peace that I can be loyal and stern in what has helped me stay sane and healthy (until further notice) because it could be that something will step down and the path will be more enjoyable πŸ‘€πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ―πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
