Don’t know you need it. Until you have to go without it. Truthfully? Sometimes you gotta go without it to know how to get at it again.

I have limited space here as opposed to my gym at moms house. Honestly the move was a huge emotional change. I can’t slam the weights, I don’t have a pull up rig… but you know what? Those are just things! What about my will? Determination? Discipline? That no matter what I have or do not, I will get it done.

Look, today was not an amazing solid training day. I didn’t kill it or crush it how I wanted. It was hard to focus and my mind was playing tricks on me. This is why YWeFit is all about state of mind.

We gotta walk in with the right state of mind. Without it, we are setting ourselves up to anger and frustration.

Having said that. Here I’m sharing my go to warm up. Today I realized I do the same moves to get my body going. Let’s learn to listen to our bodies. Maybe you won’t do the same exact thing and that’s okay. But this could inspire you to do your own thing (as I have learned these moves from other amazing people, friends and coaches).
