If we sit and think what the true root of all evil is, we will all come up with different ideas. We hear from left to right different thoughts.
The root of evil here? Not knowing when to end the story. Whatever it is causing us harm in thought or body we need the wisdom to know when to give it closure.
Okay I’m not mad anymore. Okay no need to control the situation .

It wasn’t that long ago since we said hello to January. This is here. This is, now.
I’ve been curious about learning and thrilled to share. Creating and cooking. Days without interaction may feel empty but they carry the most weight.

What a day
The blessings and the emotions that came with it. Staying to myself is never a problem. But if feels like the more someone tells you not to do something the more you want to do it.
Today was emotional for me. Working out was fun but right after, a storm of 😳 poured over me.
I can’t help but to send love to anybody and everybody at this time. Who knows how people are handling staying at home. I can just hope and pray we are able to understand ourselves better.
Let’s stay active. Let’s keep striving ♥️🙏🏼

How are y’all?
Today is national Doctors day. Thank you for choosing that field. Thank you for going to work everyday and putting heart and soul into the craft for the sake of health and well-being (the honest ones, of course).
Another thought has been how much I want to give a special sunflower to everybody who has stopped an addiction of some kind. For the person who has stopped smoking cigarettes, for the ex-alcoholics who have found a way out. For the people who seek to be better everyday. You are amazing ♥️ You are inspiring and you are doing great. Thank you for the changes you have made.
Far from easy. If you have yet to make the changes, any day at any point we hold the power to steer in the direction we truly want to go.

Truth Is…
Though quarantine is a dream to the introvert. It is a nightmare to the business owner who depends and counts and loves human interaction.
Somehow we have to believe that we, our dream is going to take a different route and still manage to make the impact envisioned when we started.
As for YWeFit, we have just a couple of months that we have started and we are faced to having to start all over again.
That’s what life is about from time to time.
Getting back up when we get knocked down.
I no longer have a vendor to bring my visions to life but this is not the end. We work at creating every day. So the day I meet and come across a supplier that suits the goal YWeFit will be ready.

Behind the Moves
I tried yoga for the first time about 2 years ago. I was looking for something to even out the intense constant varied movements at CrossFit. Never did I thought how much improvement it could provide in my personal life and at the sport.
Even more, never thought I could become a yoga teacher! But now I have graduated from 200hrs and 300hrs.
Now with this quarantine and virus the plans I had of teaching at a studio or gym have been postponed until it’s okay to get out there.
No problem, the way I see it. I can share it with all who are open to try for the first time, deepen their practice or work on an ailment.

One fades, the other provides endless fuel. The article talked about how reaching your fitness goal because of the advantages it will give your body is better to follow than because it just seems “cool”.
Eventually your curiosity will be seen for what it is (too hard or not enough.)
When problems arise only one of the two pulls through. No matter how hard, it will be enough✊🏼
