I tried yoga for the first time about 2 years ago. I was looking for something to even out the intense constant varied movements at CrossFit. Never did I thought how much improvement it could provide in my personal life and at the sport.
Even more, never thought I could become a yoga teacher! But now I have graduated from 200hrs and 300hrs.
Now with this quarantine and virus the plans I had of teaching at a studio or gym have been postponed until it’s okay to get out there.
No problem, the way I see it. I can share it with all who are open to try for the first time, deepen their practice or work on an ailment.
