7 principles day#1

On Monday I woke up to several messages. On some mean girl stuff.
But look, it bothered me also I understood. When you’re creating and growing, evolving and doing spiritual work. Things and people will feel uncomfortable and keep their distance. They won’t understand your growth and that’s okay. This does not make them bad people. Just not part of your journey any more and that’s okay ✨🙏🏼✨

TF SUPPLEMENT STORE IN SPRING🥰

Soooo I’ll be leaving for a month to pursue and deepen my yoga studies.

Online store will not be making any shipments from February 5th-March12

The cool awesome news is that I got permission to take the merchandise to a local store. They had no idea about my departure so the reply to the message I sent them a month ago couldn’t have came at a more perfect time.

Lets put in the work, stay playful and trust the progress♥️♥️♥️❣️🙏🏼✨💖✨

Forget

Sometimes we dwell too much on how it could of been as opposed to what truly is.

Let us forgive ourselves for what we have or have not done.

The other day I was training I was beating myself up like “If I would have never stopped I would be able to lift heavier, move faster, be this , be that.”

I came to my breath and thought better thoughts 💭 “Be gentle with yourself. It’s about the NOW ,the fun you are able to have now. The progress you will make from here on out. Not the work you have not done but the fact that ,today? You are getting it done ✅ 💖💓💖

The Calling

Along with Big Bird Thomas we where gifted several little chicks🐣 most of them did not make it. Only 3 survived out of 9.

One morning we heard two roosters singing.

Big Bird and Chilli bang bang .
He knew his calling but nobody knew how fast his time to reign will come.

Now he’s the singer . Taking on the responsibilities Big Bird Thomas carried diligently.

A round of apples to the new lead singer of the trio.

Yes, apples, he loves apples 🍎

With such great feathers comes great responsibilities.

When I got the news I couldn’t allow myself to cry. Usually the tears just flow. But this felt different. What ,is here ,to learn from this?

As we walked towards the neighbors yard where the rooster laid. Cindy my neighbor told me “Today your chickens where in our yard when we got home and he was here with them for once(usually only the chickens leave our fence).”

She continued to explain how he flapped his feathers so majestically and sang louder than before. Behavior they where curious about.

They went inside their house. Got busy. Later, they came back out and see the rooster dead!

Just like that, that quick.

Maybe he felt it coming. But had I known today at 5:30am when I left the house I would not see him alive at 5:40pm I would have given him all the snacks at once. I would of hugged him. I would of praised his singing even more. I would of this and that.

Now, I know “Just a rooster”. Wrong! OUR rooster. He protected his chickens. He sang every morning. He was a great leader an admirable rooster. Our rooster. It’s part of life and all. Not even human and what not but Big Bird Thomas will be missed terribly ♥️

I don’t know that this has a happy ending except that the warrior in me is not seeking for war or a thrill to feel alive. Rather love, family and friends to love on even more✨🙏🏼✨

What a day.

How can one speak of accomplishment with full joy? Today everybody who has ever worked on their goals and dreams has lost a huge rode model.

Today a father, a husband , a legend has died.

He is beyond sports. He has heart, passion, a light in him that he has left on anybody that has ever heard his name.

His drive and mentality, let’s celebrate it . Let’s embrace the teachings he left us “Always keep it going”. #34 Bryant

Huge difference in what you do and who you are.
When what you do is who you are you engage yourself to your craft and those around you on a deeper level than the eye can see and only the heart can feel.

Authentic and fierce.
