Know your worth. How do you determine your worth? Depends on the amount of time you spend seeking to learn. The time that you use bettering your thoughts, your emotions. The amount of spirituality you’ve accepted throughout time. The amount of time you spend on lotions, food, clothes. These determine our worth. Not because these thing make us top notch. But because these are the things we give ourselves to become better humans.
Reading
Reading is a way of nurturing your mind. Educating it for whatever is coming next. It could be a way to strengthening it too. It’s a way or realizing what is useful and what could be dismissed.
Reading is fun! Because even if it’s done just for completion one or two things will stick with you.
For some, it could be a way to escaping reality (this is okay). To others it could be to make better sense of their reality.

Judgement
When I first saw this clip I did not approve of it. I woke up grumpy and honestly being so judgmental about myself. I looked at my legs ugh! I looked at this and that and … now? I looked at it again with more awareness, love and acceptance. The shift has been lovely , for now I am able to share this even with no filter. How dare we continue to treat ourselves this way? More love, more acceptance.

Truth is only God knows the thoughts that you think and the reason for the actions you take part in. Some people can guess others can assume. Others may be real close on figuring it out. But nobody other than God truly knows.
One of the coolest things I’ve ever heard from one of the champs I’ve come across was “Just do whatever you want.” I know, it sounds really basic ,real plain. And when I first heard it I was like “Nooooo way!” Lil 24yr old me! She was 29 at that time.
Several years later, I understand. So, to the concept of “Do whatever you want” I want to add some: If you want to slack off then go a head! If you want to win, win! If you want to feel sorry for yourself then be front row! If you want to rise up, achieve, overcome then DO THAT!
If today you don’t feel as strong as the other days be honest with yourself and work with the honesty you are giving yourself. But don’t you fkn dare confuse another humans thoughts and fears and feelings and struggles with your own if you’re already committed to giving up on yourself. Don’t you fkn dare!
Human you are loved regardless. But let’s get our minds right. Please, in the name of health, sanity and loyalty let’s be better🙏🏼

Now, that’s more like it 🙏🏼✅❣️ Back in 2017 I did NOT complete the workout! This time not only did I finish but it felt great to have finished at a decent time. So much work to still do but thank God I’m able to see progress . Every day we chip at it. Eventually it will click and you will find the light or at least that “aha!” Moment.
I wish you that light! That moment. Let’s continue to get at it and remember “No bad days can break us”.

Long story short, women deserve to be able to choose their lifestyle without any shame of what they choose. If one chooses to be a stay at home mother, cook, clean then let her rock those shoes and enjoy her home.
For the women who love to thrive and be independent let them always feel the love and freedom of a stay at home.
May we all find strength to move forward with whatever our choice. Not just in strength but in joy and freedom!

Of course reading the book takes you on a journey. The quotes and brief examples help to understand better. But out of 10 I give this book a 5 maybe a 6. Or almost a 6.
It failed to keep me curious. It was almost as if I’ve read it before. It’s a super easy read! So if someone has never read another self help book this will actually be a good start!

Why we fit? Because we chase excellence not perfection. We are part of those who are constantly seeking to learn and apply. We are part of those hungry for more. Whatever our endeavors we chase something obtainable and realistic like excellence from the way we brush our teeth to the way we tie our shoes. We all come in different shapes and sizes yet, because of excellence We fit ❣️🙏🏼

Ever wanted something to be so perfect that it ends up going side ways all the way to the other side? 😅 They say the more we want something the more we scare it away! How true this is only depends on how much you believe in it. Personally, I do.
We wait for the right time for a relationship(which to a certain extent that’s coo). We wait for Monday. We wait for the right shoes. For the right event to wear that dress. We wait to start . We wait for change.

Traffic sucks, working out does too. Really just about everything does too! The key 🔑 is to stay completely in the present moment and by the time you know it it’ll be time to kick back and relax.
Without this state of mind it’s almost impossible not to get anxious or bitter. Trust me on this❣️🙏🏼

It’s a heated topic. If your child committed murder would you turn them in?
Whats the reasoning behind it?
Personally? I’m not a parent but speaking from what I know. I would. I’ve seen several 48 hours of parents calling so sad and disappointed to call their child in but they do. My reasoning? Not doing so would be like honoring what the kid did and forgetting about the life they took (who also had parents!) there’s no winning here but there’s definitely a way of doing thing by the laws of integrity.
But hey I’m a sinner too ya know idono 🥸
