One of the biggest lesson is realizing growth is never ending! That’s not to get overwhelmed but rather an opportunity to be positive, humble and practice patience.

Today I wasn’t able to do one push up during the workout. Only because I’ve been neglecting the basics. On top of the fact I’m coming back from a shoulder injury that I have no idea how I got.

All I know is that everything that happens happens for the best reason! Sure we can find all the wrong but finding the best reason is where it’s at 🙏🏼♥️✨

My days are filled with so much work and joy! These rascals make my days so stressing yet super fun 🤧🤧😔😣😒😖🥰🤪🙏🏼 Ughh ps: we got business cards now and are officially delivering cattle, sheep/goat, chicken feed to our customers ✨ Thank you for your business 👏🏼

New supplier. Who tf is this?
Okay. I’m sorry, just look. Last weekend was our last weekend at the family business. Joe and I pretty much got kicked to the pig pen.

Ouch!

Now not only will we not be part of the family business but we will be setting up somewhere outside of the gates of another castle.
That’s alright. Thanks to the love, respect and admiration other people have for our work we have found better quality feed! They have pointed us to the direction and we went and got it.

Yoooo I cried so much! I couldn’t believe it. All the cold we endured! All the rain drops! The loss of this ,the loss of that. What helped me get through them all was the thought “Just make it through the winter and something wonderful will come out of this all”. Then BAM 💥 Out of know where we had to figure out wtf. But you know what?? Something wonderful did come out of it all! Joe and I are more thankful than ever! We are more open minded. We now know a little more than when we started . Now we are you united! Now we are a team🙏🏼 A stronger team ✨♥️✨

Groin stretch: if you’re lower body feels really stiff this will help. If you are unable to sit comfortably in this position: sit in a chair (preferably a small low chair) with your legs wide. It will be similar to this. Repeat until you are able to sit in this position without any discomfort. Not quite pressing elbows against knees. Just barely resting them gently beside your knees. If this feels too easy shift weight of body from left foot to right foot (slowly). Most importantly please breathe 🤪😃🙏🏼
