Yesterday we said good bye to May. Today we say hello to June. As we transition let’s keep in mind to stay open hearted . To stay vigilant to the avenues of our soul.

With so much hate going around , let’s choose to spread love even if someone disagrees with our views.

Awareness

Today

I don’t know about you but forgiving myself after failing is quite the challenge. The fight of you vs. you. Yesterday I allowed my body to slack. Usually I would tel myself “ well you already ate French fries and drank alcohol, let’s do it again today”. And the next day and the next and…. but not this time. This time I accepted my mistake and was quicker to forgive myself.

I realize I have no idea how to run a business or anything about marketing but I know what the body is capable of doing when you communicate and commit.

I know it’s easy to give in to failure. However long it takes. Recover and start again and again however many times it takes until it finally lands.
